Terms of Service for Recurr

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Recurr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Varun Anand ("we", "us", "our") operating under the Figo brand.

2. Description of Service

Recurr is a subscription management application that helps you track, manage, and analyse your recurring subscriptions. The App offers both free and paid (Pro) tiers with different features and limitations.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
Be responsible for all activity under your account
Not create accounts for others without permission

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Free and Pro Tiers

Free tier includes:

Track up to 3 active subscriptions
Basic dashboard and spending overview
Renewal reminders
Usage tracking

Pro tier includes:

Unlimited subscriptions
AI Assistant and AI Advisor
Auto-fill and favicon detection
Cloud sync across devices
Advanced insights and analytics
Custom subscription icons

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Recurr Pro is available as a monthly subscription. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing you agree to Apple's payment terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
For refund requests please visit reportaproblem.apple.com
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

6. Promo Codes

Promo codes may be issued at our discretion. Codes are:

Subject to expiry dates and usage limits
Non-transferable and have no cash value
Limited to one redemption per account unless otherwise specified
Subject to revocation if obtained fraudulently

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to circumvent Pro subscription requirements
Use automated tools to access the App
Interfere with the App's security features

8. AI Features

The AI Assistant and AI Advisor features are powered by Google's Gemini API. AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. You should not make financial decisions based solely on AI advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our <a href=“https://figoapp.net/recurr/privacypol.html”>Privacy Policy</a> which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Recurr including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by Varun Anand and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Subscription data will be completely accurate
AI advice will be suitable for your financial situation

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses based on AI recommendations.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
