By downloading, installing, or using GuessTrack ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Figo ("we," "our," or "us"), the developer of GuessTrack.
If you are under 13 years of age, you may not use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App and agree to these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid username and display name. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account with anyone else.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@figoapp.net.
GuessTrack is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the App to play music guessing games, compete with friends, and engage with social features as intended.

GuessTrack uses a virtual currency called "gems" to play rounds. Gems can be earned through daily allowances, watching ads, or purchased through gem packs available in the App. Gems have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded.
GuessTrack offers an optional monthly Pro subscription that unlocks additional benefits including increased daily gems, full game history, and the ability to host 1v1 battles. The subscription is billed monthly to your Apple ID account and automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. We do not process refunds directly — all refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
We reserve the right to change the pricing of gem packs and the Pro subscription at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period and will be communicated in advance where required by Apple's policies.
All gem purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or Apple's own refund policies.
All content within the App — including but not limited to the GuessTrack name, logo, design, graphics, game mechanics, code, and text — is owned by Figo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Music previews played within GuessTrack are sourced through licensed third-party APIs. All music, artist names, song titles, and album artwork remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. GuessTrack does not claim ownership of any musical content.
By setting a username, display name, or profile picture, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display that content within the App for the purposes of operating the service. You retain ownership of anything you submit.
GuessTrack allows you to connect with other users, send friend requests, and challenge friends to 1v1 battles. These features are provided for legitimate personal use only.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We are not liable for the conduct of any user. If you experience harassment or abusive behaviour from another user, please contact us at support@figoapp.net.
Your username and score may appear on public leaderboards within the App. By participating, you consent to this display.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
The App relies on third-party services including Supabase and Apple's App Store. We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or issues caused by these third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Figo and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of gems, game progress, or account data — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Figo and its team from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Figo regarding your use of GuessTrack and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
