Welcome to GuessTrack ("we," "our," or "us"), a music guessing game developed by Figo. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the GuessTrack app ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the terms described in this policy. Information We Collect 2.1 Information You Provide Account information — When you create an account, we collect your username, display name, and optionally a profile picture. Music preferences — Decades and languages you select to personalise your song library. Game activity — Your answers, scores, round results, and session history. 2.2 Information Collected Automatically Gameplay data — Points earned, difficulty settings, game modes played, and combo statistics. Friend and social data — Friend connections, friend requests sent and received, and 1v1 battle history including win/loss records. Device information — Device type, operating system version, and app version, used for debugging and compatibility purposes. Purchase history — Records of gem pack purchases and Pro subscription status, processed through Apple's App Store. We do not store your payment card details. 2.3 Information We Do Not Collect We do not collect your precise location. We do not access your microphone, camera, or contacts. We do not collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. 3. How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect to: Create and manage your account Run the game and deliver personalised song selections based on your preferences Display leaderboard rankings and statistics on your profile Enable social features including friend requests and 1v1 battles Process in-app purchases and maintain your gem and Pro subscription status Send in-app notifications about battle challenges and friend requests Improve app performance, fix bugs, and develop new features Respond to your support requests 4. How We Share Your Information We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information in the following circumstances: Other users — Your username, display name, profile picture, and game statistics (wins, losses, badges) are visible to your friends within the App. Leaderboards — Your username and score may appear on public leaderboards within the App. Service providers — We use Supabase to store and manage user data and Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public. 5. In-App Purchases GuessTrack offers gem packs and a Pro subscription processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We receive only confirmation of a successful purchase — we never see or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all payment data. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID settings. 6. Data Retention We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or fraud-prevention purposes. Anonymised, aggregated gameplay statistics may be retained indefinitely. 7. Data Security We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure database access controls via Supabase's row-level security. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 8. Children's Privacy GuessTrack is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us at support@figoapp.net and we will delete the account promptly. 9. Your Rights Depending on your location, you may have the right to: Access the personal data we hold about you Correct inaccurate or incomplete data Delete your account and associated data Object to or restrict certain types of processing Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@figoapp.net. 10. Third-Party Services The App may contain links to third-party websites (such as our Blog, YouTube channel, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter pages). These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review their policies before interacting with them. 11. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. 12.
